A multi-tenanted enterprise environment providing SaaS to the leisure industry - either through Virtual Desktops or various Web Applications all hosted in our private cloud.

Supporting internal and external customers, predominantly in the UK and Ireland, but with footprints around the world.

Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

• Ensuring availability and performance of systems and infrastructure to agreed levels of service, through pro-active monitoring, maintenance and upgrades
• Managing incident ticket stack and individual tickets, with the expectation that incidents are resolved within the terms of an SLA
• Collaborating with colleagues and other teams to quickly and efficiently expedite the resolution of issues. This includes incident management, change management and problem management
• Provide on-call and out-of-hours support
• Manage the delivery of projects
• Develop and maintain technical documentation

Qualifications

• 5+ Years supporting Enterprise infrastructure
• Nice to have industry certifications eg. VMWare, VPC
