We are looking for Senior Software Full-Stack Engineer to join our team! As aSenior Software Engineer, you will be part of a team who will improve and enhance the tools that our bioinformaticians & data scientists. Requirements
Responsibilities

• Design and implement services that Bioinformatics & Data Science will use to start and monitor their algorithms
• Find the most suitable Azure services for specific problems
• Design and integrate Azure APIs. Develop monitoring tools for the Data Science clusters and workflows
• Enhance SOPHiA Genetics Data Catalog

Education & Working experience

• Bachelor's or Masters degree in Computer Science or Engineering or Bioinformatics or equivalent professional experience
• 4+ years working on full stack applications with preference on the following technologies
  • Backend: Python, NextJS (Node) or Java
  • Frontend: React or Angular
  • DevOps experience: Gitlab CI/CD and kubernetes
  • Cloud: Azure
• Preferably experienced in working in domains of data science/bioinformatics and working in healthcare regulations (GxP, IVD).
