What you'll bring

• Strong demonstrated experience delivering scalable platforms & experiences
• Demonstrated experience leading full stack platform teams
• Ability to create a vision for the platform and relentlessly drive towards ideal state in partnership with product Adept at articulating the technology vision
• Strong collaboration skills. Demonstrated ability to work with a wide variety of stakeholders and driving to alignment on technology direction
• Strong technical skills with the ability to review architectures and Provide inputs and be the key enabler of the right technical decisions for the product
• Passion for technology with hands on software development experience
• Very good understanding of software engineering practices and high velocity agile development
• Demonstrated experience leading a product with cross functional collaboration and global delivery
• Demonstrated experience leading positive change, empowering people, cultivating product technology visions and innovative solutions, and fostering effective engineering teams
• Ability to think and act strategically for all stakeholders
• Adept in project management and working in a distributed global engineering ecosystem

How you will lead

• Create and lead a high performing engineering team to deliver Identity Life-cycle management capabilities (high scale service platform and experiences)
• Establish vision for the platform in close partnership with product leaders and actively collaborate with Intuit product teams to bring it to life
• Work with principal engineers to drive the technical direction of the platform and drive adoption with senior leaders across Intuit
• Create shared vision and build and maintain strong cross-functional relationships / alignment with partners across the business (e.g. Program Mgmt., Product Management and Quality Engineering).
• Lead high performing teams with engineering excellence and deliver awesome product experiences
• Create an environment where world class engineers can do the best work of their life
• Create and execute product & technology road-map for the platform
• Be part of the leadership team for Identity platform
