Come be a part of the development of the new Long Range Hypersonic Weapon (LRHW) Join the Lockheed Martin team and be a part of the company that has developed and flown more hypersonic vehicles than any other U.S. Company and has decades of hypersonic development and flight test experience from government contracts as well as internal investments in research and development projects. The nature of the work requires the candidate be organized and detailed oriented. This position requires strong communication skills, and the ability to work both independently and in a team environment, and to interface with software developers, test engineers, system engineers, program management, quality assurance engineers, and customer representatives.

This position works with developers to oversee and automate code integration, analysis, test, and release, combining an understanding of both software development and tool integration to increase productivity in the workplace. They understand the software development lifecycle and have a clear understanding of various automation tools for developing digital pipelines (CI/CD pipelines).

Position requires excellent cross-program coordination to professionally work design, development, deployment and sustainment items/issues.

Demonstrated experience supporting tool installation, configuration and troubleshooting within a Hardware/Software lab environment.
Basic Qualifications:• Demonstrated experience in DevOps processes and tools• Demonstrated knowledge of continuous integration / continuous deployment methodologies• Demonstrated ability to coordinate across multiple functional disciplines• Experience supporting a software development baseline• Candidate should have 3+ years of software systems or software development and test experience• Must possess an active Final Secret clearance
Desired Skills:
Fluency in C/C++, Java or Python• Experience with embedded or real time systems tools and development• Experience with Agile software systems design, development, integration, test, with knowledge of space systems at the component through system level• Experience ensuring the physical and functional compatibility of hardware/software products throughout the full lifecycle of the program• Ability to interact with hardware and software developers to ensure mission requirements are satisfied• Ability to get results from teams without direct authority• Ability to operate in a dynamic environment and tackle numerous roles as part of the daily program operations• Ability to absorb extensive technical detail and logically formulate solutions for execution on an inflexible schedule, often requiring integration of conflicting and, at times, incomplete data• Demonstrated behaviors of a systems thinker; selects and applies appropriate systems thinking skills to solve very complex problems and implement constructive change
Security Clearance Statement: This position requires a government security clearance, you must be a US Citizen for consideration.

Work Schedules: Lockheed Martin supports a variety of alternate work schedules that provide additional flexibility to our employees. Schedules range from standard 40 hours over a five day work week while others may be condensed. These condensed schedules provide employees with additional time away from the office and are in addition to our Paid Time off benefits.

Schedule for this Position: 9x80 every other Friday off
