As a Software Engineer on our Web Content Engineering Team, your role is to support our Marketing/Content organization and build tools that enable them to deliver beautiful content to our current and future customers. You are an extreme collaborator, working with visual designers and content producers to bring sophisticated web pages to life. You care deeply about delivering pixel perfect interactive applications that drive traffic to our website. With a deep understanding of CMS tools and website frameworks, you are expected to actively participate in platform discussions and contribute to overall architecture.

Responsibilities:
- Collaborate extensively with Marketing and Content teams to bring to life advanced prototypes for web pages and applications.
- Work side by side with graphic designers, iterating over many variations of new designs to reach the perfect solution.
- Contribute to the rollout of new website frameworks and CMS, as well as support existing ones (including Wordpress).
- Write quality code that you take extreme pride in and can easily explain what you're building.
- Continuously explore and research solutions on how to improve our Marketing Platform.
Skills and Qualifications:
- 4+ years experience in full-stack role, developing sophisticated websites and web apps.
- Working knowledge of static site generators (Gatsby, Hugo, etc), headless CMS platforms (Contentful, Forestry, DatoCMS, Sanity).
- Expert with vanilla JavaScript, HTML and CSS. Master of advanced SASS/SCSS concepts.
- Hands-on experience with backend languages (JavaScript/Node, PHP).
- Strong team player with excellent interpersonal, written, and oral communication skills.
- Strong sense of ownership and accountability.
Preferred Qualifications and Bonus Points:
- Experience supporting advanced Wordpress setups.
- Working knowledge of DevOps concepts applicable to website hosting and architecture.
- Passionate about intuitive and highly performant User Interfaces.
- Startup experience and deep passion about Productivity platforms!
