If you are located in Eden Prairie, MN, you will have the flexibility to telecommute* as you take on some tough challenges. This is a Hybrid position.
Primary Responsibilities:

• Assesses and interprets customer needs and requirements
• Identifies solutions to non-standard requests and problems
• Solves moderately complex problems and/or conducts moderately complex analyses

Required Qualifications:

• 2+ years of software engineering experience including requirement analysis and problem solving (stepwise refinement, lean, etc.), communication with business partners, unit testing
• 2+ years of experience of JAVA and Spring Boot
• Experience in microservices based architecture
• Exposure working with continuous integration / continuous delivery tools and cloud services such as Jenkins, Github and other CI tools

• Experience with Agile methodology such as Scrum and working collaboratively

• Problem solving, innovative and self-driven
