Belay Technologies is seeking a Software Developer to support the Data Normalization & Automation (DNA) TTO which is provides end-to-end design, implementation, integration, and normalization of data formats for use in downstream systems. The developer will support backend automation for applications that support threat intelligence automation. The successful candidate will have skill and experience with Java. They will also have knowledge of Docker and knowledge of Linux (CentOS). The ideal candidate develops, maintains, and enhances complex and diverse software systems (e.g., processing-intensive analytics, novel algorithm development, manipulation of extremely large data sets, real-time systems, and business management information systems) based upon documented requirements. The developer works individually or as part of a team. The developer reviews and tests software components for adherence to the design requirements and documents test results. The developer resolves software problem reports. The developer also utilizes software development and software design methodologies appropriate to the development environment. The developer will also provide specific input to the software components of system design to include hardware/software trade- offs, software reuse, use of Commercial Off-the-shelf (COTS)/Government Off-the-shelf (GOTS) in place of new development, and requirements analysis and synthesis from system level to individual software components.

Candidates should have the following qualifications:
- Twenty (20) years' experience as a SWE in programs and contracts of similar scope, type, and complexity is required.
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related discipline from an accredited college or university is required.
- Four (4) years of additional SWE experience on projects with similar software processes may be substituted for a bachelor's degree.
- TS/SCI Clearance with full scope polygraph
- Experienced with Ext-JS or other front end JavaScript
- Knowledge of Master Purge List/Purge
- Experience with parsing and saving XML and JSON documents
- Experience with ElasticSearch
- Experience with MYSQL database
- Experience with Apache and Tomcat
