Description
We are looking for an energetic and creative experienced Engineer to join an Agile team that will be designing and delivering accessible, flexible, scalable, and secure software solutions that support our Sales Compensation team. You will be engaged in challenging, innovative projects that will help drive modernization and help expand our capabilities.
You will be working with individuals who bring varying levels of experience in a collaborative, Agile environment, contributing to engineering and implementing new features, modernizing systems, cleaning up tech debt, all using hypothesis-driven & test-and-learn approaches. The industry changes quickly, so we are looking for candidates who can respond to change, pick up new technologies quickly and adapt to changing requirements. We also want candidates who take pride in their work and have strong design and development expertise. We value quality code delivery and expect candidates to demonstrate competence at writing, testing and debugging code.

In this role you will:

  • Use Java, Spring Boot to develop cloud-hosted, API First, web applications.
  • Handle end-to-end development, including coding, testing, and debugging
  • Work with Scrum Masters, Product Owners, and peers to iteratively create software that meets business and technical requirements.
  • Analyze defects, and design and implement effective solutions
  • Create and maintain technical documentation
  • Develop automated tests for multiple scopes (Unit, System, Integration, Regression)


  • Bachelor's degree in technical or business discipline or equivalent experience
  • Generally, 5+ years of professional experience in software development with 3+ years of Java and Spring Boot development experience and experience developing backend/RESTful services
  • Experience in application development knowledge on cloud platform AWS and good knowledge of Relational database systems along with SQL/PLSQL proficiency
  • Nice to have SAP HANA database, Oracle DBMS, DynamoDB
  • Strong collaboration, prioritization, and adaptability skills
