Come help build next-generation customer care tools with a close and supportive team. You will report to the Engineering Manager of the Care Technology team.
The Impact You Will Make
When you have three different kinds of customers, a widely distributed team of care agents, and much of your customer service has to happen real time because people want food NOW, you need good tools. That's where you come in, designing and building web applications, participating in design discussions, vendor evaluation, tooling decisions, and providing solutions to help our agents help our customers.
What You Bring to the Table
- 5-6 years experience with a modern web framework (e.g., React, Angular , etc . - we use React, but it is not required)
- 5-6 years experience architecting , designing, and developing testable, fault tolerant, and performant software
- Strong computer science fundamentals (data structures, algorithms , etc. )
- Full stack experience (especially with Java) is a major plus
