What you'll achieve
As a Software Senior Engineer, you will be responsible for developing sophisticated systems and software based on the customer's business goals, needs and general business environment creating software solutions.

You will:• Participate in the design and architecture of systems and software/storage environments• Prepare, review and evaluate software/storage specifications for products and systems• Develop and implement the test strategies for complex software products and systems/for storage products and systems

Cloud Platform Development

• Be a technical developer on an agile development team and collaborate realizing business value through iterative software development lifecycle.
• Design, develop, and end-to-end test the Dell Cloud software and products including enhancements and/or resolutions of issues that may be reported adhering to Dell Technologies Cloud standards
• Prepare test data for unit, integration, end to end, regression and performance testing.
• Provides sustaining or maintenance support to existing software/storage environment, either by implementation or providing guidance to less senior engineers.
• Develop and drive deployment of production ready code using CI/CD.

Skills Requirements

• Requires 5+ years of related experience with a Bachelor's degree; or 3+ years with a Master's degree; or a PhD without experience; or equivalent experience
• Experience in developing and implementing highly scalable, high throughput web applications and backend systems
• Experience working with mature development practices and tools for source control, security, and deployment.
• Experience with Databases, Linux OS, and Authentication/Authorization
• Highly collaborative with effective written and verbal communication skills.
