Job Description:

Job Responsibility
  • Develop applications and work with the deployment teams to move them through CI/CD pipelines
  • Design, develop, and maintain SOAP and REST services.
  • Help to design and deploy innovative automated testing solutions.
  • Implement the deployment of system features and monitor for successful integration, maintaining the system throughout its lifecycle
  • Documenting processes and procedures. Unit testing and production deployment readiness.
  • Be available as second level support for all custom developed applications
  • Collaborate with other IT teams to design and create end-to-end solutions.

Job Qualifications
  • 5+ years of Java Programming with Spring Boot development experience.
  • 2+ years of experience designing and developing REST APIs
  • Hands on experience with:
    • Infrastructure technologies (e.g., Kubernetes, Kafka, MSSQL, Datadog, ActiveMQ)
    • Data base technologies (e.g. Postgre SQL, MySQL or Oracle)
    • CI/CD systems (e.g. Maven, Jenkins, UDeploy, Docker, GIT, gitflow)
  • Experience using a Cloud Platform e.g. Azure or AWS is a plus.
  • Knowledge of authorization and authentication management
  • Ability to quickly translate business requirements into working features.
  • Quick learner and open to learning new tools and developing with the latest technologies/ frameworks.
  • Bachelor's Degree (Computer Science or related fields)

Fidelity Investments is seeking a Java full stack developer for an opportunity within its Health Care Group - Health Savings Account squad. We are spinning up new teams to support the building of the Next Generation Health Savings Account Platform in the cloud.

We are seeking someone who is willing to work in a fast paced environment, with excellent interpersonal skills and able to work optimally with engineers, product managers and business partners.

You will be joining a highly motivated, agile team whose primary goal is to take the customer experience to the next level!
