This role can be performed remotely anywhere within the United States and Canada.

The Signals team is looking for a Senior FullStack engineer to help evolve our Digital Experience Intelligence platform. Our mission as a team is to develop more signals that identify friction in user journeys and then proactively surface them to our customers. You’ll work with our engineers and data scientists to develop new heuristics, create engaging UIs, and design scalable systems.

Day to day, you'll:

• Partner with Data Scientists to engineer new heuristics for our next wave of signals
• Work with PM and Design to develop engaging UIs for new insights
• Design and scale our architecture for generating events and proactive insights
• Collaborate with our Web and Native Mobile recording teams to represent events and data from user sessions
• Collaborate with our Data Platform team to scale event storage

We're looking for someone who:

• Has 5+ years of full stack development experience
• Has experience collaborating with a wide range of teams and job functions
• Has experience developing frontend UIs in Javascript 
• Has experience designing backend systems in Java, Python, C/C++, Go, or similar

It would be amazing if:

• You have experience leading cross-team projects
• You enjoy working with distributed systems
• You experience working with React
