In this Software Engineer III role, you will be a leader in the front end team organization here at Stavvy. This position is responsible for building and enhancing our existing customer facing components and workflows while serving as a player/coach to other members in the engineering team. Stavvy is a fast-growing organization, and you will have the opportunity to flex into other projects as our organization evolves as well!

What You'll Do

• Write production-ready TypeScript/React code
• Write and modify code in line with established front-end patterns
• Participate in software design discussions with the rest of the team, including code reviews, sprint planning sessions and other Agile ceremonies
• Participate in and observe code reviews and provide feedback to fellow engineers in your squad and beyond
• Learn about back end infrastructure and interface design if it fits your interests

Who You Are

• Creative, skilled, and self-driven Frontend Software Engineer with 5+ years of professional experience using modern front end framework such as React, Angular, or VueJS using component-based design. Experience in React is preferred
• Committed to collaborative problem-solving and accessible UX/UI design
• Good knowledge of modern web / software as a service application architecture
• Passionate about learning new things and building new products
