Mission:

Bill.com is looking for a seasoned engineer familiar with front end technologies and developing best-in-class user experience for our customers. In this role, you will be responsible for helping bring new ideas to production fast and iterate with customer feedback and fuel the growth of the product.

Emerging Payments Team:

The Emerging Payments team's mission is to enable customers to pay and get paid with different options and enable instant delivery of payments across channels. The breakthrough innovation is critical for our business to grow and be successful in years to come. In addition, many of these new ideas will generate new revenue streams and have a direct impact on topline growth.

Professional Experience/Background to be successful in this role:

• Solid knowledge in JavaScript (ES6), Angular JS, including writing cross-browser code, writing testable code
• Knowledge of best practices & patterns for large scale applications in JavaScript
• Efficient DOM manipulation
• Component architecture using Angular 8/9/10 (preferred) or React/Redux
• Web: HTML (5), CSS (3), BootStrap/Foundation,
• Other: Mobile Development, SOA/REST, NodeJS, Application scalability
• Build systems for SPA - webpack, ES6 transpilers, CSS frameworks
• Solid understanding of agile best practices and work closely rest with team 5+ years of development experience in agile process

Nice to Have:

• Test Driven Development (TDD) methodology, functional programming style

Expected Outcomes in 12 months:

• 3 Months
• Ability to deliver features from product backlog following coding standard and best practices 
• 6 Months
• Ability to contribute in product design and collaborate to make simpler and beautiful design 
• 12 Months
• Ability to lead improvements/refactoring work and drive independently to those project to completion
