The Role 

Outreach is transforming how companies engage with their customers. The team is looking for an experienced React developer to join the Opportunity Management team. Your primary focus will be solving challenging technical problems, building performant, maintainable and reliable solutions, delivering value and collaborating with other great engineers, product managers and designers. About the Team

Outreach is known for being a category creator and leader in sales engagement. Outreach was able to achieve this by becoming the system of action for prospecting function. Outreach is now focused on becoming the system of action for the closing function in the sales industry. This is huge as it increases the total addressable market by many multiples. It also sets up Outreach and its suite of products (Engage, Guide and Commit) for an integrated experience and all of it comes to life in the Opportunity Management (OM) space. Come and join the OM team to make an impact on B2B commerce through actionable wisdom and fuel innovation.

The Opportunity Management team is responsible for building experiences that sales reps love and use everyday. We are looking for a front-end engineer to join our team to collaborate closely with data scientists to build a world class user experience that enables sales reps to prioritize, diagnose and act on the most impactful sales deal outcomes.

Our Tech Stack

On the Frontend we use React with Typescript. The data loading layer uses GraphQL and an Apollo client. We work closely with the Data Science team to integrate machine-learning models to derive insights for the overall health of a deal.

Your Daily Adventures Will Include

• Write high quality code using React, Typescript, Material UI and GraphQL
• Take part in code reviews and architectural discussions
• Help us build customer trust by keeping the quality bar high and delivering well tested code
• Collaborate closely with Engineers, Product Managers and Designers to deliver the best user experience
• Working in an international team environment, with engineering offices in Prague and USA
• Own features all the way through
• Respond to changing requirements efficiently and responsibly
• Take part in an agile development process
• Mentor and provide support/guidance for other team members

Basic Requirements

• Deep experience with React and Javascript/Typescript to build web applications
• Experience in developing a complex application with performance in mind
• Strong problem solving, design, coding and debugging skills
• Experience building and consuming web based APIs
• Great communications skills and ability to give and receive honest feedback
