Senior Software Engineer-Ecommerce Personalization team (Remote US)

What you'll achieve

As a Senior Software Engineer within an Agile Product team, you will work on cutting edge technology stacks to design and build data driven AI-powered products and services.

You will:

• Develop high quality, high available, scalable and efficient software (new and re-engineered) that provides and excellent user experience for our customers
• Collaborate with cross functional teams (engineering , product management, data science, solution architecture) through all phases of the sprint cycle in an Agile environment
• Work with the Product Owners to refine requirements and provide development effort estimates
• Be a mentor and coach for junior members in the team

Essential Requirements

• 5+ years of professional software experience; ideally will include services development for online commerce
• Strong knowledge of Object Oriented Design and experience with C#
• Experience building highly available and scalable RESTful services
• Have an understanding of design patterns/principles for developing microservices
• Database experience (NoSQL and SQL)

Desirable Requirements

• Experience with and/or knowledge of any of the following: .NET Core 3.x, JavaScript, Python, Docker, Kubernetes, GITlab, CICD Pipelines, Bash scripting
• Experience with message or event driven architectures with RabbitMQ or Kafka
