An Insider's view of Immuta

What’s the vibe like in the office?

The Columbus office is a group of scrappy, smart, humble, and down to earth folks who feel as equally inspired and energized by developing an innovative feature that the world hasn't seen before, as they do breaking bread over a good ol' fashioned midwestern potluck. Every time we get together in the office, it feels like a big family reunion.

How do you collaborate with other teams in the company?

There are 5 key things that I look out for in any company. Market growth opportunity, working with a great team, customers who love the product, work-life balance and karaoke. Immuta ticks all of them, karaoke included - we are a talented bunch!

Julijana

Director, Integrated Marketing

What are some things you learned at the company?

Immuta’s explosive growth has been so exciting to be a part of. Our collaborative and inclusive culture ensures that no challenge is faced alone. The mission is clear, the leadership transparent, and the people are genuine.

Nicole

How do you empower your team to be more creative?

Immuta empowers all of its employees with autonomy and influence, drawing from the collective knowledge and expertise of our team. "Humble intellects" isn't just a tagline here; you can feel and see the behavior in practically everything you do. Everyone has a voice at Immuta; I value that.

Mike

Chief Information Security Officer

What's the biggest problem your team is solving?

The UX team is working on ways to help customers visualize the data governance landscape within their organization. Giving users a common understanding of activity and issues in their data platform is critical to empowering our customers’ organizations. We’re designing ways to help customers see that picture and focus on the right things.
