Supports and maintains software-as-a-service (SaaS) and enterprise-wide applications across WFM. Evaluates, modifies, tests, and supports implementation of software solutions to help meet defined business needs. Performs application configuration, setup, and updating. Evaluates new packages, releases, upgrades, and other changes to understand change requirements, cost implications, timings, and potential user impact. Sets up user access and trains users on application. Recommends changes in application development, maintenance, and system standards. Evaluates and reports on application business value added.

Our Financial Systems Engineering Team is looking for a passionate and experienced Senior Workday Integrations Developer. This person will have a deep breadth of expertise, skills, and experience to develop solutions for our Accounting (financials) organization. You will be asked to bring your knowledge of technology to complex problems, as well as to develop elegant solutions delivered effectively to the business partners and customers who use them. Responsibilities:

• Work in an Agile software delivery environment on a highly collaborative Agile team
• Develop and document requirements and functional specifications, develop test conditions, conduct acceptance testing, and implement solutions
• Develop Workday integrations between new or existing systems, both internal and external
• Innovating in the integration space by leveraging Workday's latest functionality
• Supporting and enhancing current integrations to ensure they’re built for scale.
• Develop Workday custom reports and enhancements
• Develop and execute unit and system test plans
• Drive cross-team design and development via technical leadership and mentoring
• Creating dashboards and reports in Workday including creating complex calculated fields.
• Stay on top of Workday Community, features and capabilities
• Testing of new system features and releases and evaluating the impact on integrations.
• Help troubleshoot issues and processes, and aggressively drive toward resolutions

Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:

• 3+ years of programming/development experience
• 5+ years of experience developing and supporting Workday Studio Integrations
• 5+ years of strong Workday development experience using Enterprise Interface Builder (EIB), calculated fields, transformations, and custom reports
• Understanding of security groups and roles and assignment of those roles
• Understanding of system architecture components in a multi-tier, multi-platform systems
• Ability to learn and adapt to new technologies
• Ability to function effectively with minimal supervision in a high-demand environment
• Well-versed in Agile development methodologies including Scrum best practices
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong creativity, problem-solving, and analytical skills
• Adapt to change effectively, always mindful of technology, business processes, and systems implications
• A collaborative team player with patience, understanding, flexibility, and a good sense of humor

Strong preference will be given to candidates with any of the following:

• Experience with Workday technologies - Web Service Application Program Interface (APIs), Studio, Enterprise Interface Builder (EIB) Report Writer, Cloud Connect, Business Process Framework, Configurable Security, Calculated Fields, XSLT
• Experience with Workday’s Financial Management suite – Accounting Center, Prism, Banking & Settlements, Supplier, Supplier Accounting, Business Assets, Projects, Customer Accounts, Tax, Financial Accounting.
• Experience with SOX principles and concepts
