Do you?

Crave the energy and freedom of a startup;

  • Want a seasoned team with industry knowledge and funding
  • Yearn to build products that will impact people's lives; not just add to modern-day noise
  • Desire to work at a company that believes in its employees

Phase Medical is a fully-funded healthcare startup whose vision is to bridge the physical and digital worlds of the medical industry.

Our Problem: How do you ensure that medical professionals are optimizing the value of their organizations?

Phase Medical believes that delivering healthcare efficiency through cutting-edge technology and world-class service will lead medical organizations to deliver better care for their patients and improve conditions for their staff.

Our Solutions: We have developed an industry-leading marketplace software and now are adding a greenfield development team in digital experience portals, blockchain, and data science usage.

As our Senior Developer, you will be creating and iterating on clean code, building a new platform around the data usage, access, and organization to orchestrate and simplify the complex lifecycle of medical assets within a modern user experience. Beyond standard web application technologies, your knowledge, expertise, and vision will help collaborate, evaluate, and implement practical next-gen tech solutions like distributed ledgers, smart contracts, image recognition, and machine learning classification.

What to expect: This role, like most within Phase, is not of a narrow focus. You will touch frontend, backend, data management, dev-ops, and continuous integration for multiple products. We will learn new technologies together and find solutions for tomorrow. If you are excited about working on a fast-paced, constantly evolving product from the ground up, this is a great role for you.

This is a leadership position focused on developing a team to tackle the problems of tomorrow. Mentoring, developing, and nurturing developers will be part of this role as we grow. Experience in team building, best practices, and standards is helpful but not required.

What we are offering

  • Salary Range $120,000 - $150,000 depending on experience, fit, and equity.
  • Stock ownership as a first 10 employee company.
  • Financial stability with a sound investing team backing our company.
  • Health insurance stipend.
  • New computer setup of your choosing.
  • Unlimited PTO
  • Remote Work, Hybrid, and Office Work possibilities

Primary Duties and Responsibilities

  • Have comfort in greenfield/clean coding.

  • Be a team player with strong written and verbal communication skills.

Talents and Skills

  • Know your own stack and be ready to be challenged by new languages if needed
  • Have web framework experience or be ready to learn
  • Development experience in a cloud service environment such as Amazon AWS
  • Ability to move and be adaptable, building minimal viable products as we iterate quickly.
