What You'll Do
You will be responsible for the development, support, maintenance and implementation of an enterprise application that is scalable, resilient, and distributed.
In this role, you will also be responsible for migrating existing solutions onto a public cloud and help adapt cloud native capabilities. You'll also work on solving problems of relatively complex scope, through general usage of standard programming concepts and principles and application of own judgment. You'll be member of a squad that has the technical capability to develop and implement various components of an application from end to end. You will develop and implement new and ongoing application needs to complete end to end setup of the product.
You will contribute to the architecture across the technology stack, from database to native apps. You will design, build and deploy full-scale enterprise applications by working collaboratively and iteratively through design and development to deliver fully function web-based and mobile applications that meet business goals. You'll be a fully contributing team member, under broad guidance from architects and technology leaders. You'll build upon domain knowledge and technical/ proprietary skills to reach higher levels of expertise.

You will join our Waltham or Atlanta office and be a part of our One Firm Tech-Cloud Data & Analytics team.
You will work with product managers, software engineers, architects and various platform teams. You'll be part of a team responsible for delivering technology enabled solutions of the future. You will be involved in all business value chain activities from understanding product needs to product development to on-going maintenance and enhancement.

Qualifications

• Bachelors/Master's degree in technology related field
• 9+ years of experience in engineering -hands-on leader with deep engineering track record in modern tech stacks, frameworks, and programming languages
• Solid knowledge of at least one development technology/ programming language
• Extensive track record in engineering large-scale cloud, big data and analytics implementations in complex usage scenarios and migration paths
• Expert hands-on knowledge in public cloud products, cloud-native architectures, serverless frameworks, Docker/Kubernetes, data security, and integration services
• Deep expertise in building big data ecosystems, analytics and AI/ML platforms and accelerators, data management systems using Hadoop/Spark, TensorFlow, Jupyter, HBase, BI tools, and public cloud ML tools and services
• Experience building enterprise-grade data and analytics platforms that are highly scalable, compliant and secure with robust data quality, data governance, data discovery, catalog and visualization capabilities
• Proficient in building large scale systems using Python, Java, or other high-performance languages, developer tools, CI/CD, DevOps, monitoring tools and engineering cloud migration solutions
• Proven track record in enterprise wide API management, Microservices, Event-driven architectures and complex integrations.
• Experience in building and leading highly effective and agile data & analytics engineering teams with 80% Hands on Coding / 20% Coaching & Mentoring for senior roles
