Position Purpose:

• Influence and participate in the creation of new designs, architectures, standards and methods for our call center technology applications systems
• Utilize your technical judgment to keep goals for projects and products to be delivered on time
• Identify and/or analyze challenges relating to call center technologies mission critical services and manage the building of automation tools/processes to prevent recurrence
• Being able to analyze gaps in monitoring and create remediation action plan
• creating System Health Dashboards for quick MTTR
• Proactively identify risks, issues and drive their resolution
• Contribute to enhancement of existing and build new Application Delivery Pipeline
• Define and build delivery quality gates
• Elaborate and implement application deployment best practices. Become an expert in this area!!!
• Drive adoption of our enterprise monitoring tools (Splunk, Dynatrace, etc)
• Establish unified log structure across all of our applications and Ci/CD tools
• Champion a culture of learning, continuous improvement and blameless retrospection within your team and across the organization
• Ability to translate architectural designs into action delivery items
• In-depth knowledge of the application eco system including its dependencies
• Enhance and expand our current integration landscape
• Active attendant on Sev calls and provide expertise strategy and direction for quicker service recovery
• Participate and being part of the on-call rotation
• Build self-healing integration services
• Assist Engineers with maintaining their services by measuring and monitoring service level objectives and indicators
• Be the driving force for correct incident response and blameless postmortems within Product Development
• Develop a software platforms and framework for maintenance and review of dashboards, alerts, capacity planning and deployment readiness checklists

Qualifications:

Responsible for building innovation in the areas of distributed system flow and resilience, and continuous feedback and delivery. Creating efficiency and cultural transformation through the curation of new systems and capabilities.

Education/Experience:
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems Management, Engineering or related field or equivalent experience. 3+ years of experience in the field or in a related area. Experience with software engineering, enterprise operations support, object oriented programming, automation, consulting with internal customers, cloud based enterprise-grade cloud systems management and full stack engineering. Ability to quickly learn technologies such as Docker, Kubernetes, Ansible, Puppet, Nginx, HAProxy, Elasticsearch, MariaDB, GoLang and Python.
