THE POSITION

As a Senior Salesforce Developer at LendingTree, you'll have opportunities to work with various business units throughout the enterprise, helping them achieve their goals.  You may be working on new Salesforce implementations; identifying inefficiencies/improvements in current applications; or integrating applications within the Salesforce ecosystem with other enterprise applications/platforms.

 A sample of what you might be doing: 

• Participate in the planning and analysis of requirements for platform enhancements, translating requirements into best-practice solutions that leverage optimal use for the Salesforce platform and products.

• Build enterprise solutions on Salesforce Platform using Apex, Lightning Web Components, Web Services and APIs to provide efficient processes for our business users.

• Support cross-systems integrations across native Salesforce eco system, as well as other cloud technologies including Mulesoft, Salesforce Marketing Cloud, Workday, Snowflake and AWS
• Pro-actively identify opportunities to leverage Salesforce in innovative ways to improve existing business processes, and support an organization scaling at a rapid pace
• Partner with product owners, business analysts and solution architects to deliver tailored solutions that support business requirements, create a superlative user experience, and drive tangible business value
• Function as tech lead on projects being implemented by internal development teams and external consultants
• Execute releases using web-based DevOps/SDLC tools, like GitLab, for continuous integration and deployment pipeline management.

QUALIFICATIONS

• 5+ yrs. of programming in Salesforce
• 2+ yrs. of experience in Salesforce Lightning UI Framework and messaging framework
• Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science or closely related degree 
• Experience collaborating with both business and technical teams
• A true expert in Salesforce
