Essential responsibilities of the Senior Salesforce Developer:

The Senior Salesforce Developer is responsible to analyze company processes, develop efficient workflows and develop customized solutions within the Salesforce platform. This position will test and implement Salesforce applications, including coding, configuration, maintenance, installation, testing, and debugging, as well as managing timelines and producing technical documentation. This position will also be responsible for the support and general administrative responsibilities including user access, permissions, support tickets, mass data update/inserts, reporting/dashboards, and existing custom Salesforce applications.

Application Development:

• Ability to effectively support and code custom applications within the Salesforce ecosystem.
• Ability to learn and understand business requirements to ensure the end result truly meets the business needs.
• Provide effective change management and communications throughout all phases of the project.
• Manage detailed time tracking of development and support activities on a weekly basis

Knowledge Growth:

• Desire to continue learning all things related to application development within Salesforce.
• Ability to acquire Salesforce certification exams.

Position Requirements:

• 3+ years of experience as Salesforce Administrator.
• 1+ years of experience as Salesforce Developer in APEX.
• 1+ years of experience as Salesforce Lightning Component Developer.
• Experience with Salesforce Sales Cloud or Service Cloud.
• Experience with Salesforce Community Portals.
• Large group/team facilitation skills.
• Technical documentation skills.
