We are looking for a self-motived, passionate, collaborative, and detailed-oriented Sr. Salesforce Developer. This position supports the overall business through developing innovative new features, enhancements, and providing ongoing maintenance in a development role within our Salesforce.com platform instance. This position will ensure we are able to meet the demands of the business as it grows, expands, and becomes more complex. This person will be well versed in the entire Salesforce platform, be highly effective at developing within the platform, and be efficient and highly productive

What You Will Do:

• Works with key stakeholders to define the project scope and objectives as it pertains to Salesforce development
• Creating solutions to meet various business needs through declarative and code-based development
• Analyze data and strive to improve overall data integrity
• Document processes, business flows, and technical specifications as needed
• Write excellent well formatted and properly functioning code that is maintainable and scalable
• Identify and properly document bugs, defects, and issues for resolution
• Documentation and tracking of identified issues and their resolution
• Ensure platform developed features and enhancements are well written, scalable, performant, and maintainable
• Mentor other developers and assist other developers when necessary
• Perform code review and analysis to identify opportunities to improve

Who You Are:

• Bachelor of Science degree, preferably in Computer Science, or related technical field; Advanced degree a plus
• A minimum of 3 years of Software Development experience, preferably in Salesforce
• Strong preference given to those with Salesforce.com knowledge/certifications
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, attention to detail and superior organization skills
• Experience working within healthcare and HIPAA compliant organizations a plus
• Proficient with an assortment of Salesforce product offerings, JIRA, and Microsoft product suite
