What We're Looking For:
Robin is looking for a Senior Salesforce Administrator who will play a key role in our Go to Market Systems and Operations team. We are looking for a proactive person who will not only help run the day-to-day operations across our GTM teams, but will also push us to continuously improve user experience across our tools and applications. This role will have a direct impact on Robin's GTM strategy and help us shape how we operate. If this sounds as exciting to you as it does to us, we want to hear from you.
We're Hiring Someone Who Will:
- Partner with our GTM teams and leaders to respond to and proactively identify challenges that can be solved with system and/or process improvements
- Help manage the configurations and integrations in our tech stack, including but not limited to Salesforce, Hubspot, ClientSuccess, Distribution Engine, Groove
- Troubleshoot system issues, and refine existing tools and processes to enhance user experience
- Aid in maintaining and prioritizing request backlog
- Work with other team members to perform basic system functions (i.e. user set up and administration)
- Educate and evangelize best practices to other Robinauts
- Maintain consistent process and documentation around requirements, design, deployment
- Provide support to additional team members when needed
- Perform knowledge transfer to sales enablement and GTM leaders, and potentially end users, of solutions delivered
You'll Succeed In This Role If You:
- Have 3-5 years of experience working as a Salesforce Administrator or Salesforce Developer
- Are proficient in Salesforce Flows, Workflows, Approval Processes
- Experience in Lightning Migration
- Are proficient in Excel
- Have exceptional attention to detail
- Motivated team player
It's An Added Bonus If You:
- Have worked at a SaaS company before
- Have used JIRA or another issue/project tracking tool
- Have created business process flows
- Have experience with post-sale operations
- Salesforce Advanced Admin Certified
