Primary Responsibilities:

• Design, develop and implement automated tests in Acceptance Test-Driven Environment (ATDD) to test and deliver incremental software releases with high quality
• Lead Test automation strategy and execution including tech stack evaluation and operational model
• Partner with Product Owners, Architects and Engineers to understand requirements and create test framework to drive reuse and automation
• Design and develop unit, functional, integration tests to support user interface (UI) deliverables
• Support deliverables spanning Web, iOS, and Android.
• Mentor and guide other Engineers on team to deliver high quality software
• Constantly assess current framework and operating model and bring new ideas to table to improve process and outcomes

Required Qualifications:

• Undergraduate degree or equivalent experience
• 5+ years of experience with architecting and executing Test Automation for enterprise products
• 3+ years of hands-on experience as a Quality Engineer with heavy focus on automation of both Web and Mobile apps
• 3+ years of experience in Cross-browser and cross-platform testing
• Hands-on experience with Continuous Integration and Continuous Delivery workflow
• Hands-on experience in any or all of the following technology areas: React, React Native, Restful APIs, Graph QL, cloud technologies
• Firm understanding of product life cycle and know how to configure, leverage, and work with application development teams to drive test automation

Preferred Qualifications

• Exposure to healthcare domain
• Experience with Agile Methodology
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Colorado, Connecticut, Nevada, or New York City Residents Only: The salary range for Colorado residents is $82,100 to $146,900. The salary range for Connecticut/Nevada/New York City residents is $90,500 to $161,600.
