Required Qualification:

• 3+ years of professional automation experience

Preferred Qualifications:

• Groovy and/or Java experience, but any language is okay
• Experience creating API tests, Data interaction tests, and some UI tests
• Interest in healthcare and any experience in it
• Proficient in Groovy, have worked with Geb and Spock
• Value automation way more than you value manual testing
• Very comfortable with Git / GitHub
• Familiar with and LOVE Agile Development, Continuous build and Deploy, and the Atlassian toolset
• Value API driven tests over UI tests
• Comfortable working within a delivery team, where you may be one of only a few "QA" resources
• Enjoy working with colleagues you can rely on and learn from, and bring a lot to the table yourself
• Willing to leave your ego at the door and are open to learning from those around you, but also comfortable vigorously debating the right approach to solving problems
• Value an engineering culture rooted in collaboration, humility, trust, responsibility, and learning
• Stay up to speed on new technologies and introduce them to your teammates
• Excellent communicator and collaborator, especially with non-technical coworkers

Colorado, Connecticut or Nevada Residents Only: The salary range for Colorado residents is $64,800 to $116,000. The salary range for Connecticut / Nevada residents is $71,400 to $127,400. Pay is based on several factors including but not limited to education, work experience, certifications, etc. In addition to your salary, UnitedHealth Group offers benefits such as, a comprehensive benefits package, incentive and recognition programs, equity stock purchase and 401k contribution (all benefits are subject to eligibility requirements).
