Job Description (Posting)

To maintain the PLM systems by resolving L2orL3 issues and optimize the system through automation. (1.) To determine and document possible cause of the issue by evaluating and analyzing the symptoms (2.) To create and implement processes and to perform Knowledge transition of the same. (3.) To identify opportunities for automation and implement the same to improve the efficiency (4.) To Interact with customers for ticket clarification and providing resolution. (5.) To troubleshoot issues or offer alternative solutions for tickets raised by client
