Chewy Proprietary Brands team is looking for a Senior Program Manager, Process Excellence to join one of our HQ locations (FL, SEA, MPLS, or BOS). We are looking for a leader and owner, who works well with multiple partners across the organization to drive roadmaps, goals, metrics, and connect inputs and outputs across teams. This role is a great fit for someone who has a passion for solving complex problems, the ability to influence senior leadership and has proven results in delivering large-scale programs. You will build new processes and mechanisms to scale the business. You will work with pawsome partners across sourcing, quality, category management, supply chain, FC operations, logistics, customer service, and external partners. A successful leader will extensively leverage data, understand inputs and outputs of processes, deeply inspect the status quo to propose a future state, and drive adoption, measurements & drive significant change management. 

What You’ll Do 

  • Have End to End ownership of the programs from intake, setting & communicating strategy, prioritizing deliverables and milestones, building consensus, and coordinating communications 
  • You will develop the business case, implementation plans, resourcing, prioritization, and more.  
  • Develop programs (processes and tools) to scale the business.  
  • Assess risks, anticipate bottlenecks, provide escalation management, and encourage risk-taking behavior to maximize benefit.  
  • Communicates status risks, and changes of program milestones to stakeholders and senior Executives.  
  • Support multiple parallel workstreams managing projects from kick-off through the rollout. 
  • Develop and manage key business metrics and financials for programs and be accountable for delivering against established business goals/objectives.  

 

What You’ll Need: 

  • BA/BS in General Management, Industrial Engineering or Operations Management 
  • 10+ years of program leadership and program management experience (preferred in e-commerce or Retail). 
  • 5+ years of experience leading large-scale global programs.  
  • Excellent communication skills at all levels including senior executives especially focused on conveying complex information in an approachable manner. 
  • Ability to think and perform strategically and tactically. 
  • Advanced MS Excel skills and SQL knowledge 
  • Position may require travel 
  • Ability to think and react in a high-energy, fast-paced environment 
  • Track record of taking ownership and driving results in a data-driven, fast-paced environment. 
  • Entrepreneurial mindset. 

 

Bonus (if applicable): 

  • MBA or Masters preferred. 
  • Advanced SQL 
  • E-commerce background is a plus.
