The Senior Technology Leadership Professional work assignments involve moderately complex to complex issues where the analysis of situations or data requires an in-depth evaluation of variable factors.

The Senior Technology Leadership Professional works with engineering teams to drive Quality products from design completion to volume production release.
Performs various engineering Strategies to verify and validate products and ecosystems. Supports product evaluation and qualification on leading edge technology components. Ensures that production schedules are followed and product(s) meet specifications and quality requirements. Interacts with product engineering, quality, and marketing teams to analyze and provide technical support to help resolve customers' product related problems/issues. Begins to influence department's strategy. Makes decisions on moderately complex to complex issues regarding technical approach for project components, and work is performed without direction. Exercises considerable latitude in determining objectives and approaches to assignments
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree
- Minimum 7 years of relevant experience in Performance Testing and Engineering.
- 5+ years of hands on experience with Performance Center, LoadRunner Enterprise, or other performance testing tools, Dynatrace or other monitoring tools.
- 5+ years defining performance testing metrics and KPI's.
- Expertise in Performance Test Planning and execution, Test Estimation, Test Strategy, Work Load Design, Test Case Design, Test Environment setup, Test data setup, Defect Management and Configuration Management.
- Sound experience leading Performance Testing projects and Test Teams.
- Expertise identifying performance bottlenecks in various technologies such as web application(s), infrastructure, and infrastructure as code, Cloud or On-premise solutions.
- Expertise in analysis of performance test results.
- Strong problem solving skills.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines with attention to detail.
- Ability to communicate effectively and deliver presentations to various levels of the enterprise.
- Advanced experience leading special projects and producing metrics, measurements and trend reports.
- Must be passionate about contributing to an organization focused on continuously improving consumer experiences.
Preferred Qualifications
- ISTQB Certification in Performance Testing
- MBA or other Advanced Degree
- SAFE Agile Certified
- Experience with member journey performance testing

For this job, associates are required to be fully COVID vaccinated, including booster or undergo weekly COVID testing and wear a face covering while at work. The weekly testing will need to be done through an approved Humana vendor, and unvaccinated associates should follow all social distancing and masking protocols if they are required to come into a Humana facility or work outside of their home.
