Responsibilities
As a Senior Performance Engineer working with System of Systemsfor John Deere Intelligent Solutions Group ( ISG) located in Urbandale, IA you will verify and validate Tech Stack solutions in various production systems to ensure they exceed customer expectations. In this position, you should also expect to:
- Plan and execute production system field tests to verify that our products and tech stack solutions are meeting customer needs.
- Collect and analyze data from these tests to quantify the value that our tech stack solutions deliver to customers in relevant production systems.
- Clearly and concisely communicate the current value and potential opportunities identified to the development teams.
What Skills You Need
- Expert level experience designing, developing or testing products and/or software
- Strong written and verbal communication skills with demonstrated efficacy interfacing with engineers and/or developers.
- Strong analytical skills to break down, solve and convey complex issues to engineers in other disciplines
- Demonstrated experience working closely with and understanding customer needs.

- Deep understanding of products and production systems
Education
- Bachelor of Science in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Agricultural/Biological Engineering, or related discipline OR equivalent and relevant work experience
