WHAT YOU’LL DO

• Ownership: Learn, develop, plan, execute, repeat. As a key member of the program team, you will be asked to own and manage all operational (logistics + supply chain) aspects of the program.
• Embed: Work side-by-side with our clients, understand their challenges and shape Anduril’s operational processes to their specific mission needs. You will be the main logistics/supply chain contact for our customer.
• Influence: Collaborate cross-functionally within Anduril to manage and solve all operational requirements of the program/contract. Understand how to bring internal teams together to solve problems and remove roadblocks.
• Organize: Create detailed program plans, schedules, and budgets as necessary to keep the program team on track and to keep key stakeholders updated.
• Problem Solve: Remove obstacles for internal and external partners and don’t let the program get derailed. Know how to think critically and engage the right teams to help.
• Communicate: Keep internal and external teams informed at all times. Use the necessary channels (Slack, email, meetings) to ensure stakeholders understand what needs to be accomplished and when.
• Team Player: No task is too small. Be willing to roll up your sleeves and get the job done. Embrace the startup life.

QUALIFICATIONS

• 10+ years of logistics, supply chain, or program management experience.
• Masters or higher degree preferred.
• Experience with Program Management, Logistics, or Supply Chain in government contracting or the military.
• Experience managing complex technical projects in government a plus.
• Strong problem solving skills and practical creativity. You will both identify strategic and scrappy solutions to problems and ruthlessly follow through.
• Ability to own a variety of tasks in an autonomous environment.
• Quick learner, willing to dive into new topics, both technical and non-technical.
• Strong customer service mentality and willingness to work with stakeholders across an organization.
• Must be able to obtain and hold a U.S. top secret security clearance
• Ability to travel up to 25%
