Location: REMOTE
Description: Our client is currently seeking a Senior Network Engineer to join their team immediately!
Type: Contract to Hire or Contract | 1+ year
Location: On-site in Chaska, MN or 100% Remote with SCIF
This job will have the following responsibilities:
- Knowledge of national and international laws, regulations, policies, and ethics as they relate to cybersecurity
- Monitor network capacity and performance
- Install and maintain network infrastructure device operating system software (e.g., IOS, firmware)
- Knowledge of capabilities and applications of network equipment including hubs, routers, switches, bridges, servers, transmission media, and related hardware
- Skill in securing network communications
Qualifications & Requirements:
- TS/SCI with DHS eligibility
- Level III Certification (CISSP) Preferably CISSP-ISSEP
- 10+ years of experience building IT systems
- Experience building IT systems to meet Department of Homeland Security/Federal Government requirements
- Preferred: 5-9 years of experience in information security and/or automated digital network systems (ADNS)
