CereCore is seeking a Senior .NET Developer to join our team in Nashville, TN. This individual will work at one of the nation's leading providers of healthcare services, HCA Healthcare .

Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, document, test, and debug new and existing software systems and/or applications for market sale or large-scale proprietary software for internal use.
• Use Microsoft .NET Framework and a supported programming language (e.g., VB.NET, Visual C#). Serve as technical expert on development projects.
• Participate in full development life cycle including requirements analysis and design. Write technical specifications based on conceptual design and stated business requirements.
• Support, maintain, and document software functionality. Identify and evaluate new technologies for implementation.
• Analyze code to find causes of errors and revise programs as needed. Participate in software design meetings and analyze user needs to determine technical requirements.
• Consult with end user to prototype, refine, test, and debug programs to meet needs.
• Works with minimal supervision with wide latitude for independent judgment.

Position Requirements:

• 7+ years of systems engineering, cloud infrastructure or devops engineer is required.
• 7+ years of database design and programming experience required.
• 7+ years of Microsoft platform (.NET, Windows, IIS) experience preferred.
• 5+ years of implementing cloud based applications preferred.
• 5+ years of C# experience preferred.
• Web Development experience required (HTML, JavaScript, CSS, ASP.NET).
• Microsoft MVC.NET experience preferred.
• Microsoft Entity Framework and Linq experience preferred.
• T-SQL (SQL Server 200x) experience required.
• XML/XSL experience preferred.
• Unit testing experience preferred.
• UML modeling experience preferred.
• Application troubleshooting experience required.
• Long-term application support experience preferred.
• Root-cause analysis experience preferred.
• Willingness to learn our business domain required.
• Effective communication skills (written and verbal) required.
• Agile experience preferred.
