Role: Senior .Net Developer/Full Stack Developer

Cognizant is looking for a Senior .Net Developer in developing customized product for our clients. The role is expected to drive technology discussions and analyze the current landscape for gaps in addressing business needs. Cognizant needs a motivated individual to challenge the status quo and provide thought leadership/best practices to enhance our current services and technologies.

Roles & Responsibilities

• Design client-side and server-side architecture.
• Participate in all phases of cloud development from requirements definition and design to development, deployment and maintenance.
• performance tuning and monitoring.
• Build the front-end of applications through appealing visual design.
• Develop and manage well-functioning databases and applications.
• Skilled in developing the microservice.
• Ensure quality performance and security of the product
• Troubleshoot debug and upgrade software

Required Skills
Technical Skills- .Net Core, MongoDB, Kafka, Azure
Nice to have skills: .Net, C#, ASP.NET, ADO.NET, VB .Net

Minimum Requirements:
8 to 12 years of proven experience as a Full Stack Developer and .NET Core Developer in Agile environments.

• Software development experience in .NET, MongoDB, Kafka, Microsoft Azure.
• In-depth knowledge of at least one of the .NET languages (such as C#).
• Expertise in designing building testing and maintaining cloud applications and services on Microsoft Azure.
• Should have the ability to program in a language supported by Azure and proficiency in Azure SDKs data storage options data connections APIs app authentication and authorization compute and container deployment debugging performance tuning and monitoring.
• Hands-on knowledge on Azure Kubernetes service Function App Service Bus Queue mechanisms
• Knowledge of multiple back-end languages (e.g. C#) and JavaScript frameworks (e.g. Angular, React, NodeJS).
• Familiarity with databases (e.g. MongoDB) web servers (e.g. IIS, Apache) and UI/UX design
