What you'll achieve
The Senior Manager of Product will utmost be a people leader. All product managers will report to this leader. The Identity product line consists of seven distinct products. Each product manager should have the skills, ability, and drive to ensure that they ensure positive outcomes of their product, and they are able to deliver of Goals using agreed upon standards and measures.
This leader must have the ability to lead their team and ensure success. The development of independent, product thinkers is critical to this area, so that mindset must be present. We would like to ensure the continued growth of our product team.
The Product leader must also work with the engineering leaders and key engineering team members to ensure that timelines are met, expectations are set with our business stakeholders, and our product line continues to thrive.
You will:
- Lead a team of product line product managers
- Conduct product growth boards with business stakeholders
- Own relationship with interlocks application product leaders
- Own the relationship with external CPLs and product managers
- Work with Architects to gather requirements for work designated for the product line

Essential Requirements
- 8+ years of related experience in a professional role Relevant Product Management experience in building technical products for ecommerce or online customer experiences
- Experience in a leadership role
- Experience articulating and testing product hypotheses Strong communication skills, including the ability to convey analytic insights effectively to both IT and business audiences
- Strong teamwork, business acumen, and customer advocacy skills
Desirable Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in technology with engineering background
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- IAM foundational experience
