    The Opportunity

    You will be an integral part of Adobe Experience Platform, the foundation of Adobe Experience Cloud products. As part of AEP Personalization Services team, you will manage and represent the PM team internally in the various product and cross functional initiatives, define priorities, bring clarity and lead continuous agile development. Successful candidates will have a technical background and be passionate about delivering high quality software with effective and efficient engineering processes.

     

    As a Manager you will lead the Program Management team and have the ability to lead large and complex programs, use your negotiation skills and tradeoffs, influence the roadmap and set the team for success.

     

    What you'll do

    • Manage Program Managers and with your team organize and coordinate engineering, product, operations and go-to-market activities across teams and across geographies resulting in quality product releases.

    • Build partnerships with key technology and functional leaders as well as other partners to drive focus on our strategic objectives and program delivery.

    • Develop and deliver forward-looking vision and develop and manage schedules and execution plans for AEP Personalization Services Product development.

    • Work with product management and engineering to define project scope, resources, and objectives driving new feature development through every stage of the product lifecycle.

    • Manage the metrics to measure engineering KPI’s/performance during development and feature success metrics post release and feed learning back to the team and the business.

    • Evaluate project progress and cost using data to improve predictability for future projects to enhance business decisions

    • Manage dependencies optimally, track issues and risks, build mitigation plans.

    • Effectively connect with technical and non-technical team members and provide inputs to architecture decisions.

     

    What you need to succeed

    • 8+ years of overall technology experience, deep knowledge of software development methodologies, and significant program management experience

    • Consistent track record working multi-functionally to drive the implementation of new features as well as resolve operational issues

    • Lead all aspects of project delivery process with key contributors

    • Building consensus is key!

    • Strong drive, attention to detail, a collaborative work style, and a passion for solving hard problems as simply as possible

    • Excellent written and verbal communication skills and can credibly present to both engineers and senior leaders in the company

    • Deep expertise in Agile development

    • Bachelor's degree in CS, Engineering or equivalent; graduate degree a plus

     

    Pursuant to the Colorado Fair Pay Act, below is a summary of compensation elements for this role at the company if based in Colorado.

     

     

    At Adobe, for sales roles starting salaries are expressed as total target compensation (TTC = base + commission), and short-term incentives are in the form of sales commission plans.  Non-sales roles starting salaries are expressed as base salary and short-term incentives are in the form of the Annual Incentive Plan (AIP).

     

    In addition, certain roles may be eligible for long-term incentives in the form of a new hire equity award.
