The Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Systems Engineer with extensive experience in PowerShell, JAMF, Intune, O365, MDM, and SSO. The ideal candidate will be able to work independently and possess a deep understanding of system engineering principles, as well as a passion for automating tasks and improving system efficiency.

Responsibilities

• Design and implement system automation solutions using PowerShell scripting and other technologies
• Manage and maintain the JAMF, Intune, O365, and MDM systems
• Implement and support Single Sign-On (SSO) solutions for various applications. 
• Design and implement system security protocols, including data backup and recovery. 
• Troubleshoot and resolve system issues, including server outages and network connectivity problems. 
• Participate in on-call support for critical issues. 
• Collaborate with other teams to ensure that systems are integrated and operate smoothly. 
• Perform regular system maintenance, including updates and patches. 

Requirements 

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field, or 10 years of experience in IT. 
• At least 5 years of experience in Systems Engineering. 
• Proficiency in PowerShell scripting and other scripting languages. 
• Strong knowledge of JAMF, Intune, O365, MDM, and SSO. 
• Experience working in a remote environment. 
• Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks efficiently. 
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills. 
• Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain accurate documentation. 
• Ability to work flexible hours as required, including on-call support.
