  • Extensive operational experience in On-Premise and Public Cloud platforms as a Sr. Engineer and/ or SRE.
  • Extensive knowledge of Red Hat Open Shift and Kubernetes.
  • Experience with automating day to day infrastructure operations (using Ansible, Python, Go, GitOps) to reduce operational toil
  • Deploy and maintain infrastructure as a service in a multi-cloud environment.
  • Define and manage SLO, SLI and error budgets.
  • Experience in using Monitoring tools such as Prometheus, Grafana, Splunk, Dyantrace; and configuration experience within Prometheus and Grafana is preferred.
    • Identifying opportunities for adopting monitoring and observer ability solutions to solve problems in a matrixed environment.
  • Be on call, respond to incidents and conduct post-mortems.
  • Debug production issues and identify permanent resolution through automation means to reduce toil.
  • Experience with chaos engineering.
  • Eager to learn new technologies in short time span.
  • Provide direction and foresight to a team of engineers that delivers knowledge management solutions to businesses worldwide.
  • Instrumental as a core member of an agile team defining and driving the latest technology architecture and development practices based on Open Source architecture.
  • Provide strong technical leadership to the team members
  • Effectively collaborate with all levels of the organization across multiple time zones and regions.
  • Strong mix of strategic thinking, advanced analytics knowledge, and people leadership skills
  • Exceptional problem solving and analytical skills. Track record of analyzing multiple sources of data to distil insights and drive business outcomes

Education & Technology core competencies

  • Bachelor's Degree in computer science, computer engineering, or related field required
  • Overall 6+ years of industry experience with 4-5 Years of enterprise banking experience
  • At least 3 years' experience in supporting and maintaining the production-grade environment in On-premise and Public Cloud Platforms.
