Job Description
CVS Health is looking for a high-caliber, multidimensional technologist with a proven track record of engaging in agile infrastructure solutions design at scale is the ideal candidate for this role. A reputation for building strong technology that deliver results and understanding how to mentor and motivate your teams for success is a must for this role.

Required Qualifications• 8+ years success in a technical role in healthcare, finance, retail, or related highly regulated industry

What you are good at:
- Technology: Depth in one or many areas of technology. Including but not limited to data, development, XaaS Platforms, design (digital / UI / UX), integration patterns, and much more.
- Storytelling: Written - Words matter. You don't always have to say the right things, but appreciate that words count. Pictures are 1000 words. Able to visual conceptualize ideas through whiteboards, technical tools, and cartoons if applicable.
- Networking with real people: Keeping circles of colleagues and friends inside and out of the role is critical. Your Team and beyond enable your knowledge and enthusiasm to scale exponentially. LinkedIn and Facebook connections don't count here.
- Efficiency: Work on improving the team's efficiency by establishing best practices and driving performance management within and outside your immediate leadership circle.
- Builder: Engage a cross-functional team of Architects, hybrid Development Architects, and Infrastructure specialists.
- Taking and giving feedback. We value a healthy dialogue of continual improvement and want you to fit into our culture.
- Puzzles: Wicked Problems can be like solving a puzzle without the complete picture: colors, lines, and shapes matter.
