As a Senior Implementation Services Engineer, you will assist on the technical onboarding of new and existing customers. You will provide a consultative approach to guide customers through implementation. You will work closely with other departments like Support, Onboarding, and Product teams to create innovative solutions.

What you'll do:

  • Guide customers toward the successful adoption of Aurora products based on customers’ needs.
  • Direct gathering technical customer requirements and develop a technical implementation plan.
  • Design solutions and test plans based on product capabilities to meet customer requirements.
  • Maintain and update account documentation: technical requirements, workflow chart, project status, and log timeline activities in Gainsight. 
  • Help Technical Support engineers to provide post-implementation support. 
  • Work with Product and Engineering on customer’s feature requests/feedback.
  • Implement best practices in aligning different systems & architectures to work well collectively

What we value:

  • Bachelor's degree in CS or MIS; or equivalent experience
  • Strong Software Engineering skills
  • Knowledge of database systems
  • Experience working with ERP/CRM systems (SFDC, Zoho, Enerflo) and 3rd party APIs
  • Proficient with typical architectures & technologies around integration, e.g. SSO, APIs (especially REST & JSON) 
  • Experience leading and crafting technical projects, engaging with, and motivating change across multiple levels of IT organizations
  • Strong analytical skills, problem-solver, constantly curious and eager to learn
