About the opportunity
Ontra is seeking a Senior Software Engineer to join our rapidly growing company. Our team is dedicated to building practical tools and processes to change the way legal documents are negotiated and managed. We have exciting technical challenges ahead of us, and are building a platform that is changing one of the largest industries in the world. Most importantly, we are building an outstanding business with a product that creates an immense amount of value for our customers, and having a ton of fun doing it!
We are looking for full-stack software engineers with experience in Ruby on Rails, Ember.js, and JavaScript. Opinions about JavaScript and Rails best practices are a must. Bonus points if you have some cool open source or portfolio projects in your Github account.
The ideal candidate will have 7+ years of full-time engineering experience and would describe themselves as someone who gets it done and truly loves building software. This is a great opportunity to have your work make a meaningful difference.
The role will report directly to a Lead Engineer of Ontra.
Colorado applicants only: The estimated annual cash salary for this role is $236,000. The total compensation package also includes benefits (as further detailed below) as well as unit-based compensation if applicable. Compensation for other locations may vary.*
