Senior Frontend Software Engineer, Content Platform
As a Senior Frontend Engineer on our Content Platform engineering team, you'll have a direct impact driving new feature development for our content authoring product Mocha, and our interactive Workspaces used for student projects, which is an in-browser, Docker-backed experience. You will work with the larger Student Experience engineering team to deliver a seamless experience for content creators and students, and be at the forefront of our student experience roadmap.
Our frontend stack is React + Redux, paired with a backend stack in Node and Go. We have a unified design system https://veritas.udacity.design that makes feature development more delightful, and our platform team supports the developer experience with everything from UI infrastructure to incident response.
What You’ll Do
- Drive new feature development across our content creator and student workspaces experience.
- Architect robust engineering solutions and master a complex ecosystem of microservices.
- Ship code for a high visibility product for millions of users.
- Write high-performance code to provide a snappy user experience.
About You:
- 5+ years of software engineering experience.
- Experience with React and Redux in production.
