We are looking for highly motivated , passionate , and talented engineer s to help build and grow the platform as we take on more and more mission critical first-party workloads. You will have the chance to learn, understand and leverage a wide variety of technologies and learn about building fault tolerant, highly scalable services.ResponsibilitiesA successful candidate will need to be comfortable working in a large, complex codebase and drive big innovations to help improve the experience for our customers while working closely with other team members and multiple organizations in Azure.
Some of the basic responsibilities include:

• Design and develop global-scale distributed software solutions that work for individuals as well as small/medium/large organizations
• System design through well-defined interfaces across multiple components, code reviews, leveraging data/telemetry to make decisions
• Ensure that services and components are well-defined and modularized, secure, reliable, diagnosable, actively monitored, and reusable
• Consider testability, portability/monitoring, reliability, and maintainability, and understand when code is ready to be shared and delivered

Qualifications Basic Qualifications:

• 5+ years of experience in developing software and services
• BS+ in computer science or related fields or equivalent experience
• Frontend Development experience

Preferred Qualifications:

• Proficient at JavaScript, TypeScript, HTML, and CSS
• Knowledge of authentication, REST APIs, etc.
• Experience delivering global-scale services
• Full-stack development experience
