Our mission on the Technology team is to build simple, wonderful technical solutions to help our therapists better serve our clients who are looking for help. We are not a technology company, and don’t believe that technology should replace human-to-human therapy, but instead to enable it!

About You:

• Highly effective, positive and empathic teammate with a lead mentality 
• 8+ years of software development experience (non-professional OK)
• Strong written communication and documentation skills
• Awesome at learning new things and building high quality, simple, and effective software

What You’ll Do:

• You will work engineers, product designers and product managers to design, review, and build well-crafted products and features
• Building applications with Next.js, React, Typescript, Mocha, Jest
• Understanding the ‘why?’ of what we’re building and driving the team towards simple, effective solutions from POC to production
• Building bullet-proof solutions, systems and future state technical requirements
• Hands-on development in designing and implementing application architectures and code that is both scalable, optimal and performant
• Mentoring junior team members
