Description
This is an Engineering Tech Team Leader position responsible for coaching, facilitation, and implementation of enterprise product technology strategy initiatives and their adoption within the enterprise. This individual will be asked to lead strategic enterprise projects associated with e the Enterprise Technology Strategy and the Senior Technology Leader Forum (STLF) initiatives. This a challenging assignment requiring significant leadership and teaching skills as well as deep product development experience to be successful.
Job Duties
Planning and managing program
Focusing on and communicating to the business/financial aspects of the program
Providing a supportive working environment for the team
Mentoring
Coaching and developing others
Managing one’s own development
Basic Qualifications
BS degree in Engineering, Business or related field
10 years of product development experience
Advanced program Management Skills
Top Candidates will also have
Past Black Belt experience
Excellent communication (both verbal and written) and organization skills
The ability to lead large and diverse teams
Experience running projects utilizing lean and agile processes
Experience communicating with senior leaders
Additional Information
The location for this position is Mossville, IL

This position may require 10% travel
