GDIT is looking for a Senior Engineer in the Philadelphia area.

Responsibilities:
• Performs engineering work concerned with the design, evaluation, planning, testing and operation of electrical, electronic, mechanical, and/or computer components, equipment, and systems for commercial, government, military and/or scientific uses.
• Analyzes customer requirements and provides technical solutions to a wide range of difficult problems.
• Maintains equipment and/or systems integrity while ensuring compliance with policies.
• Coordinates the acquisition of hardware and software as well as subcontractor services as needed.
• Maintains current knowledge of relevant technology as assigned.
• Provides guidance and leadership to less-experienced engineering personnel.

Required Education: Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in Mechanical Engineering or Electrical Engineering or Computer Engineering from an (Accreditation Board for Engineering).

Required Qualifications:
• Ten (10) years of professional experience within industry as a systems, electrical, computer and/or electronics engineer.
• Two (2) years of professional experience.
• Possess or ability to obtain Secret Clearance.

Certifications Required:
• CCNA or CAP or Security+ (CE) or bachelor's degree from accredited
University or CNSSI 4012-4016 Certificate or NDU CISO certificate or
NEC 2780 or 2779 or 2781
• Windows or Linux OS certification
