1. Working to support customers and operations in solving complex in-house and field issues.
2. Developing customer relationships and field application expertise to provide innovative solutions and new revenue opportunities
3) Provide electrical and product expertise and collaboration towards rapid and competitive Bid and Proposal activity
4) Provide electrical and product expertise, consultation, collaboration and oversight for NPI activity
5) Provides significant Electrical Engineering expertise to complex assignments throughout the project life cycle
6) Analyzes customer/system requirements, derives hardware requirements and translates them into electrical design while performing design verification testing
7) Acts as a technical expert to ensure designs meet product requirements and comply with regulations
8) Designs and improves circuits to meet functional block diagrams, while using best practices
9) Designs to cost target, manufacturing, assembly and test capabilities
10) Performs value analysis during the product design phase while minimizing nonrecurring and recurring costs in product development
11) Manages compliance traceability for customer requirements and industry standards
12) Acts as a resource for colleagues and able to explain difficult or sensitive information to build consensus
13) Consistent exercise of independent judgment and discretion in matters of significance
14) Regular, consistent, and punctual attendance is required. May need to work nights and weekends, variable schedule(s) and additional hours as necessary
15) A background in the design and development of 3 phase DC motor driven actuators, control & power electronics and valve applications a bonus
(1.) To collect requirement and create engineering documentation and Test plan (2.) To select critical components meeting product specifications (3.) To design schematics in ECAD tools and review connectivity (4.) Perform Design analysis like Signal Integrity, Power Integrity , Derating analysis (5.) Prepare PCB layout guidelines and work with PCB team in reviewing the layout for design rules and DFx (6.) Support and work with cross-functional team for HW dependencies with ME Team, SW team, FPGA team , Manufacturing team (7.) Preform HW Design verification test, Regulatoryorsafety compliance test and Prepare test reports for the same.
