Senior Engineer wanted by GBT US LLC in Phoenix, AZ. Playing the role of solution architect as part of solution designing; leading the developer team on Automation solutions; programming to deliver high quality Robotic Process Automation ("RPA") solutions; reviewing the code for coding discipline practices and encouraging team to contribute towards development/usage of reusable components; taking technical ownership of own deliveries; adhering to delivery schedules and compliance policies; determining business requirements, identifying strategies, providing estimates; discussing and understanding application dependencies and third-party dependencies for automation development; preparing detailed work task list for projects and assigning, tracking and guiding through deliverables of individuals; effectively addressing conflicts among teams and creating a win-win situation; ensuring that all responsibilities and project deliverables are completed within Service Level Agreements ("SLA");enhancing current Quality Assurance methodologies, where necessary; tracking quality assurance metrics, including defect densities and open defect counts; and coordinating with production support team as required for effective deployment and releases.

Must have a Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Electronic Engineering or a related field plus five (5) years of experience in the job offered or related occupation. Must also have five (5) years of experience developing Websites and web portals using frameworks like Microsoft .NET, HTML, CSS, Microsoft SQL, and C# or VB.NET as server-side scripting language; five (5) years of experience designing Web based Applications in the Microsoft .NET Platform; five (5) years of experience working with SOAP and REST API Services using WCF or WebAPI framework; five (5) years of experience working with Microsoft SQL Server; five (5) years of experience practicing the Waterfall model of software development; five (5) years of experience following Agile methodologies like SCRUM and KANBAN; three (3) years of experience working with Windows Server 2016 for UiPath Platform installation, configuration, and support; three (3) years of experience working with Microsoft Office suite products including Excel and Word. This includes familiarity with programming Excel Macros in the Visual Basic language, implementing excel formulas, importing data from external sources in Excel; three (3) years of experience leading and mentoring an offshore development team; three (3) years of experience using ServiceNow system for incident management, service requests and CMDB; two (2) years of experience implementing Automation Workflows in UiPath RPA Platform that involves Web Automation, Desktop automation on Native windows platform; two (2) years of experience implementing custom Activities that scrape data from UI Elements with Microsoft .NET Framework and C# or VB.NET as the programming language; two (2) years of experience working with shell scripting tool PowerShell; two (2) years of experience working with GitHub source control system for managing source code of applications; and two (2) years of experience working with Jenkins platform for creating pipelines for Continuous Integration and Continuous Deployment.
