What Software Information Platforms contributes to Cardinal Health

Software and Information Platforms is responsible for technical configuration, design, administration, development, implementation and support of application and information frameworks that Cardinal Health application solutions utilize.

• Demonstrates and applies technical (not functional) knowledge of software development frameworks and business process configuration systems. Examples include (not limited to) java application servers, integration and information systems, ERP systems, business rules engines, business process management and .et development frameworks.
• Leverages fluency in technical languages, operating systems, application programming interfaces,> and troubleshooting.
• Demonstrates knowledge of software development life cycle, modeling of business processes, application design patterns, business/functional documents. Estimates to high level business requirements and provide options analysis.
• Demonstrates basic knowledge of infrastructure subcomponents and interoperability including (but not limited to) SAN, network (application routing) and compute platforms.
• Demonstrates knowledge of system information dependencies and end to end application transaction competency.
• Maintains platform or system health and availability requirements including HADR testing.
• Resolves support issues involving production systems.
• Partners with Enterprise Architecture teams for product selection and productcapability roadmaps and information governance processes.
• Monitors and manages proactive maintenance to application platform environments
• documents and manages SOPs for software and information platform systems.
• Interfaces with business solution teams and partners on operational platform events as well as solution design needs.

Accountabilities

SAP PO

• System Architecture knowledge of SAP PO
• Understanding of PO 7.5 with JAVA Stack architecture.
• Experience in SLD Configuration in Java Stack PO
• Custom Java development to support mapping requirements.
• Experience troubleshooting PO Issues.
• Understanding of ABAP proxy framework, ALE / IDoc framework (configuration, customization, troubleshooting and monitoring)
• Understanding of Web Services and SOAP architecture.
• Understanding of different PO adaptors including IDOC/RFC/PROXY/SOAP
• Experience with SAP and non-SAP ERP integration and mapping with PO
• Experience with integrating SAP SNC system with PO

SAP Portal

• Expertise in SAP application architecture and development methodologies.
• Extensive with WebDynpro (JAVA and ABAP), KM, TREX, Portal Security, SSO, integration with Identity Management Systems, Firewall, Reverse Proxy.
• Experience with NWDI/NWDS, Custom Application Development.
• Experience with SAP Biller Direct application development, integration and support.
• Extensive knowledge of SAP and non-SAP systems integration & interfaces, monitoring, architecture and development.
• Extensive application support background (multiple user groups like employees, Suppliers and Customers for B2B and B2C scenarios), with experience in managing System Restoration Teams (SRTs) and coordinating the resolution of issues across team.
• Exposure to SAP SCP.
• Experience with Fiori SAPUI5 development, customization, and configuration.
• Implement SAP FIORI Out of the box applications. Integrate SAP Portal and SAP FIORI applications using Fiori launch pad on Portal.
• Custom Portal branding experience.
• Enable, configure and customized SAP FIORI Launchpad Designer.
• Perform SAP FIORI security, system administration, roles setup, FIORI Launchpad groups, role mapping.
• Experience with Fiori on HANA, CDS, HANA Modeling.

Qualifications

• 8+ years experience in related field preferred
• Experience/competency in multiple Software/Information platform technology domains preferred
• Provides technical leadership in one or more areas preferred
• Seen as team 'expert' preferred
